You must be legally capable of entering contracts in your jurisdiction to use growifylsy services. Use of devices must comply with local laws and regulations, including those governing wireless devices, safety and consumer protections.

Users must be at least the age required by applicable law to form a binding contract in their jurisdiction. Minors should use the services under parental or guardian supervision.

You agree not to use growifylsy devices or services for unlawful activities, to interfere with the devices of others, or to attempt to defeat device security features. Misuse may result in service suspension or legal action.

Some products, services or features may not be available in all regions. Import, export and use of devices must comply with Thai regulations and any applicable international rules.

Account and registration

Creating an account may be required for ordering, device management and access to cloud features. Provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and keep credentials secure.

You are responsible for keeping account information up to date, including contact details and device registrations, to ensure proper service and support.

Keep passwords and authentication details confidential. Notify growifylsy promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access. We recommend using multi-factor authentication where available.

Accounts and associated credentials are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing by growifylsy.

If your account is compromised, contact growifylsy support immediately. We will assist in securing your account and contribute unauthorized activity.

growifylsy may suspend or limit account access if there is suspected fraud, security risks or breaches of these terms. Suspension does not limit growifylsy's rights to pursue remedies.

Service scope

growifylsy provides sales of AI-enabled home devices, software updates, optional cloud services and customer support. Feature availability may change; updates aim to improve reliability, security and functionality.

We may modify or discontinue features or services with notice when practicable. Changes that materially affect use will be communicated via the website or direct messages to affected users.

Services and device connectivity depend on third-party networks, cloud providers and local infrastructure. growifylsy does not control third-party uptime and is not liable for outages outside its control.

User responsibilities

Users are expected to operate devices responsibly and follow safety guidance in manuals and on-screen instructions.

• Use devices in accordance with manufacturer instructions and local regulations.
• Keep firmware and software updated to maintain security and performance.
• Do not attempt unauthorized repairs that could void warranty or compromise safety.
• Respect other users' privacy and do not attempt to access their devices without permission.
• Report vulnerabilities or misuse to growifylsy so they can be addressed responsibly.
• Follow electrical safety and placement guidance to reduce risk of damage or injury.
• Comply with export controls and restrictions when relocating devices internationally.

User content and feedback

Users may submit reviews, support requests, images or other content in connection with devices. You are responsible for content you provide and must ensure you have rights to share it.

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license you grant to growifylsy to host and display that content as required to provide services.

By submitting content you grant growifylsy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and display the content to provide and promote services, and to address customer support matters.

Do not submit personal data of others without consent. Avoid posting sensitive personal information. growifylsy may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Requests to remove user content will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Some content may be retained for legitimate business purposes, such as dispute resolution and compliance.

Intellectual property

growifylsy and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the website, device software, documentation and branding. Users receive no rights in those materials beyond the limited usage rights necessary for operation of purchased devices.

• Do not copy, modify or distribute growifylsy proprietary software or materials except as permitted by license.
• Do not remove or alter any copyright, activity or other proprietary notices.
• Reverse engineering of device firmware is prohibited except where allowed by mandatory local law.

Paid services and purchases

Pricing, billing and payment terms apply to purchases of devices and any subscription features such as extended device cloud storage or enhanced automation services.

Product prices are shown on the site and are subject to change. Taxes, duties and shipping fees may apply and are calculated at checkout for orders in Thailand.

Payments are processed using third-party payment providers. You authorize growifylsy to charge the chosen payment method for purchases, renewals and applicable fees.

Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Cancellation instructions are available in account settings or by contacting support.

Refunds are handled according to the product return policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Consumables and opened electronic items may have limited return eligibility.

To cancel a subscription, use account settings or contact support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

Users are responsible for taxes due in their jurisdiction. growifylsy will collect taxes where required and provide tax documentation as appropriate.

growifylsy may change subscription prices with notice. Price changes affect renewals after the notice period unless otherwise communicated.

Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of paid services. Outstanding amounts remain payable and may be collected through permitted means.

Disclaimer

Information provided by growifylsy is for general informational purposes related to AI-enabled devices and consumer use. Product descriptions, specifications and compatibility are subject to change. Users should consult device manuals and official documentation when making decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, growifylsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of devices or services, including loss of data, downtime, or third-party actions. Liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid for the relevant product or service where permitted by law.

Third-party services and integrations

Devices may integrate with third-party platforms, voice assistants or cloud services. These integrations are subject to separate terms and privacy policies of the third parties. growifylsy is not responsible for third-party functionality or data practices.

Termination and suspension

growifylsy may terminate or suspend access to services for breach of terms, legal requests, or security concerns. Users may terminate subscriptions as described in the billing settings.

Termination may remove access to cloud features and stored data. Users should back up any local data prior to termination. Some obligations and rights survive termination, such as intellectual property and indemnity clauses.

Privacy and data protection

growifylsy collects and processes personal data to provide device functionality, customer support and regulatory compliance. Personal data practices are described in the privacy policy; users should review it to understand data handling and rights.

Communications and notices

Notices may be provided via email, in-app messages or posted on the website. Users must keep contact information current to receive important updates about orders, security and service changes.

Changes to terms

growifylsy may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active users with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to growifylsy's operations in Thailand, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law where the user resides. Disputes will be resolved as described below.
